Halloween time is always the time I gain weight with all the parties, candy and food... This year proved no different. I have started a new workout system that will get me back in shape; lunges with weights, push-ups, sit-ups, no eating after 6pm.and definitely no fast or fried food for a month. I can't run due to a 9mm that was removed from my leg a few months ago this year, but I refuse to be out of shape. No one likes to look at a fat magician, at least I know I don't...By December 12th, 2012, I will be cut-up and in awesome shape...
